My Dad

So at my Dad's work, he is a painter for the Church, they always pull pranks and stuff on each other. Well the guys he works with caught one prank on him on video. This is great! My dad is pretty reserved and so that makes it even more funny! He asks about a dollar on the floor at the beginning, it's kind of hard to hear, but the rest is nice and loud!

TV Spot

I think this is a new TV teaser trailer!!! It has some Port Angeles stuff in it!! YAY! Totally made my night better!

*Sigh* How long do I have to wait!! LOL

Farm

On Monday we went to the Farm for Bree's preschool fieldtrip. It was a beautiful day and a lot of fun. Bree thought she was so special because we went on her birthday! (More about that later) I forgot my camera, of course, but I took a couple cute pics on my cell. We saw the cows and I stumped the kids when they said that chocolate milk came from the brown cows and I asked what milk came from the black cows then. It was funny. I then had to explain that all the cows give white milk. There were a ton of horses out eating and some ponies too. They were cute. There was one horse that was sticking his head over the fence so we all were able to pet his head and mane. The kids really liked that. We went on the wagon ride which is always a highlight. These are my pics from that:

Bree and Jaxon

Keighlee was so cute. She held to my hand so tightly! She was smiling and giggling the whole time, but she wouldn't let go!
We went and saw all the ducks and geese and there were some scary aggressive geese that were very demanding. They finally figured out that we didn't have any bread and left us alone. We ended with a picnic lunch. It was really fun, the sun was warm and it was a really beautiful fall day! Oh, the geese bothered us while we were eating too. Crazy little things. They are really kind of scary if they don't get food! It was a fun day though. I'll write about Bree's birthday after we have her party with her cousins and stuff tonight! And when I have Tracy's camera that has pictures on it!

Singing a Different Tune

So I was really not looking forward to having another dog. When my sister-in-law bred our dogs mom again, I said we WILL NOT be taking one. Wash (our 1 1/2 year old puppy) is enough. Well she had puppies and she had some black puppies and they were so cute. Still I said no. Well with my husbands persistence, my children's pleading and my SIL's pushiness (hahaha, j/k Nic) we took one of the puppies. Her name is Zoe. She is 8 weeks old. She is all black. And she is THE cutest dang thing ever!!! I so love this puppy! She is calm and loves to cuddle. She follows me around. She will actually go lay down when I tell her to. She isn't hyper like Wash. She's been good for Wash too. He has calmed a bit. He isn't bored and you can so tell. He treats Zoe so good! He has taken on the big brother role well. They were sleeping on the back porch the other day and he had one paw on her back and every time she stirred, he'd pop his head up and make sure she was ok. It's been way cute. I think that getting Zoe was one of the best things we've done. She has me under her little paw, that's for sure! I'll put pictures of her on when she holds still enough for me to get one, or when Keighlee leaves her alone long enough to get one! :)

New Twilight Trailer

I had to add this because tonight they are releasing the last Twilight Trailer. There is also going to be a segment on ET tonight that will have some fun Twilight stuff on it. Check it out!!

Our New Kitchen

So for the past 2 weeks, we've been working on remodeling our kitchen. Well remodeling might be too much, we painted and laid new flooring. Two weekends ago we painted the big wall and this past weekend we turned on Conference and laid the floor. It looks so nice! I have to thank our neighbor Kurtis for giving up his Saturday to help, and of course his wife for letting him be gone! It took longer than we thought, but it was done by 5. We had two different batches of wood and that gave us problems. Last year when we did the basement we did wood down there and had like 7 boxes left over. We decided then to put it in the kitchen/dining room but we had to wait to get the rest of it. We got it last week and started putting it down. Well come to find out, that in the year since we bought it, they'd changed styles and the two woods wouldn't lock together! So we had to saw off the edge of the new pieces and glue down one row to transition to the new pieces. Kind of crazy but it looks really nice now. We just have to get the baseboards back up and we are set! Here are some pics.
